Kaye Adams' BBC Strictly Come Dancing partner has been announced - with the special couple being unveiled at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow.
The Loose Women panellist was among a star-studded line up who got paired with their pro dancer in tonight's show, which went right to the wire after the launch episode was delayed by a week in the aftermath of the Queen's death.
The 59-year-old broadcaster, from Grangemouth, took her place on the dancefloor beside celebs including Kym Marsh, Matt Goss and Fleur East, but it was the moment she met her new dance teacher that really excited Scots viewers.
Kaye appeared in the popular tourist spot in Glasgow's west end to meet her pro partner, Kai Widdrington, who she says she was "delighted" to have been matched with.
"We're in front of the beautiful Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. I spend my days walking my dog around this park", the broadcaster gushed as she stood in the centre hall of the building, eagerly awaiting Kai's arrival.
"Today I'm finally going to meet my pro partner which is very exciting. This really is the start of my Strictly adventure. What if I get stood up?"
After the duo catch sight of each other, they embrace in a warm hug, and Kaye tells the camera: "Kai is my partner and I really couldn't be more delighted. He's such a lovely guy... Instantly I thought, I'm going to get on with him. This is going to be good."
Kai assures Kaye that he wants her to have 'the best time ever' after disclosing that he's taught amateur dancers many times before. "But I do want to work hard", Kaye adds, to which Kai says, "Oh gosh, yeah, don't worry about that."
The TV personality also performed her first dance as part of a high-energy group performance featuring all the contestants on this evening's programme.
The troop boogied to 'Starlight' by The Supermen Lovers while hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly stood on the sidelines alongside the judges, Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Craig Revel-Horwood.
The Strictly launch show was meant to air on Saturday September 17, but that was postponed until Friday September 23 following the late monarch's passing, with Paddington replacing it on the BBC One schedule.
Bookies have been offering odds on who will won this year from the moment the first few celebrities were announced, with Helen Skelton edging just ahead of Fleur East as new favourite, just hours before the pre-recorded launch episode went out on TV.
