Kaye Adams celebrated her 60th birthday in style on Loose Women today after previously lying to her daughter about her age.
The Strictly Come Dancing star told Charly, now 20, she was 10 years younger when she was a kid - only for her daughter's friend to find out the truth on Google.
Kaye confessed her real age when Charly turned 10 and the presenter was approaching her 50th birthday.
However, the plucky Scot is now 60 - and celebrated proudly today.
Marking the milestone with panellists Denise Welch, Coleen Nolan and Kelle Bryan, Kaye was showered with well wishes from her colleagues.
As Coleen pointed out her pal was "notoriously cagey" about her age, Kaye entered the studio sporting a birthday sash.
"You really had a serious block about admitting how old you were to the point your kids thought you were 10 years younger," Coleen pointed out.
"I feel ashamed," admitted Kaye. "I was an older mum and felt a bit embarrassed with the younger mums at the school gates.
"But I took her [Charley] to a café after school and told her mummy was 10 years older than I'd told her.
"I know it was bonkers, it was stupid."
Kaye was then treated a brilliant montage of all her best bits on the show, including when she twerked in the studio.
As she was presented with a cake and a big pair of knickers from pal Coleen, the Nolan Sister treated the audience to a rousing rendition of I Feel Like Dancing.
Kaye started her 60th celebrations off with a bang as she kicked off the day with a spin class.
Sharing a video of herself looking fabulous on the bike, the star worked up a sweat as she entered her sixth decade.
The presenter also shared a pic of herself doing a star jump in sizzling red swimsuit, writing: "So this is what 60 looks like. That’s the easy bit. What does 60 feel like takes a bit more working out.
"As a life-long age-phobic who has spent the past nine months navel-gazing with Karen Mackenzie on our HTB60 podcast, the short answer is that it feels much the same as yesterday. I’ve got everything that makes me happy - Ian, the kids, sunshine and time to mess around.
"But speaking to so many fellow ‘60 clubbers’ on the podcast has really made me think about how I want to approach however many years I have ahead and, to boil it down to a single line, I want to spend less time focused on climbing and more time focused on growing."
Kaye's positive post went down a storm with fans, who told the star she looked fabulous - whatever her age.
