Katy Perry has sparked pregnancy rumours as eagle-eyed fans spot her stroking her stomach during a gig.
The 37-year-old pop star is already mum to one-year-old daughter Daisy Dove, who she shares with fiancé Orlando Bloom, and Katy hinted she could be expecting another bundle of joy.
A fan shared a snippet of the Roar hitmaker performing her Play residency in Las Vegas earlier this month, and towards the end of the clip, Katy can be seen rubbing and stroking her stomach.
No bump is visible on Katy’s enviably slim figure, and the award-winning singer is wearing a skin-tight velvet pink floor length gown, while singing Whitney Houston’s track The Greatest Love of All to her adoring fans.
“I think she’s pregnant,” the fan captioned the video - taken on 3 March - on Twitter, prompting a flurry of replies.
“I hope so too but let’s not assume anything. Imagine people saying you look pregnant when you’re not…” one wrote.
And one fan apologised to Katy for assuming she “might be pregnant”, and called out others for body shaming the star.
“@katyperry if you see this I apologize for wondering if you were pregnant. I didn’t say you were, but seeing you touch your belly gave me some doubts. But the others told me that you do this all the time, so there you go, I’m sorry and I love you,” she wrote.
Katy, who became a first-time mum in August 2020 when she and Orlando welcomed daughter Daisy, has not commented on the speculation.
However, she kept her first pregnancy under wraps for months, and revealed her blossoming baby bump in her video for Never Worn White in March 2020.
Katy confirmed her pregnancy with the video, delighting her fans, and in August that same year, she gave birth.
The A-list couple also chose to announce the birth of their daughter via Unicef - charity that supports disadvantaged children around the world - who released a black-and-white photo of the newborn.
"We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter," the couple said in a statement released via Unicef, a charity supporting disadvantaged children, for which both Perry and Bloom are ambassadors.
“Welcome to the world, Daisy Dove Bloom! We are honoured to introduce Goodwill Ambassadors @KatyPerry and Orlando Bloom's new bundle of joy,” they wrote on social media.
“We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter."
