Katy Perry proves she and Taylor Swift have put feud behind them as she attends Eras Tour in Sydney

Katy Perry showed all is good between her and Taylor Swift as she posted a picture of the two posing up after attending the latest stop of her Eras Tour.

Perry, who recently confirmed that she is quitting American Idol as a judge, appeared to be having a blast dancing away at the gig in Sydney, Australia, on Friday night where she was joined by the likes of Rita Ora and her husband, Taika Waititi, in a VIP tent in the audience.

"Got to see an old friend shine tonight," she wrote on Instagram alongside a carousel of pictures. The fact that the mother-of-one also chose to share a clip of Swift performing the track Bad Blood wasn’t lost on fans either, with many quick to reference their shared history on social media, with Perry believed to have served as the inspiration for the blistering 2014 revenge song.

During an appearance on James Cordon’s Carpool Karaoke back in 2017, Perry confirmed that there was a “situation” between them, with her alleging that the root cause of the feud was over Swift poaching her backing dancers.

The duo have appeared to be on friendlier terms in recent years, after Swift revealed that Perry sent her an olive branch and a handwritten apology letter in which she reflected "on past miscommunications and hurt feelings between us" in 2018.Ora also raved online about what an amazing time she’d had at the concert.

"It’s fair to say Sydney always delivers - Or shall we say our TayTay @taylorswift always delivers!" Ora wrote in her caption. "Thank you for having us! Seeing my KP @katyperry made my heart [too] many queens to count!"

Among her uploaded pictures was one of Ora beaming next to Swift’s NFL player boyfriend Travis Kelce, who jetted to Oz to support his other half.
