Katie Taylor is one of the most admired Irish people out there never mind sportspeople, and it's easy to see why.
Aside from a glittering list of honours which could take up this entire article, she always conducts herself with class and treats her opponents with respect despite boxing being a sport where 'trash-talk' is seen as a necessary step by many fighters to build up their profile.
But the 36-year-old has shown that you can cultivate a massive following while staying true to yourself and not resorting to the bravado of so many other fighters across all combat sports.

And she has now shared her 10 tips for fulfilment in life with followers in an Instagram post that also espouses keys to success so it's definitely one worth slowing down and reading while you're aimlessly scrolling through social media.
In case you find it hard to read any of them due to the font size, the 10 guiding principles are as follows:
- Start the day with a task completed
- Find someone to help you through life
- Respect everyone
- Life is not always fair, move forward
- Don't be afraid to fail often
- Take risks
- Step up when times are toughest
- Face down the bullies
- Lift up the downtrodden
- Never give up
It's an interesting list particularly for how blunt it is at times as it doesn't sugarcoat the ups and downs of life.
The Bray woman has certainly had to endure setbacks which weren't always entirely her fault such as how her preparation for the 2016 Olympics was upended by the breakdown in her relationship with dad and coach Pete over his new romantic relationship at the time after splitting from her mother.
But she has always bounced back from the rare defeats she has suffered to come back better than ever as evidenced by how her professional career has surpassed everyone's expectations.
Not only has she become an undisputed two-weight world champion and a bigger global star while being a trailblazer for the women's game in headlining Madison Square Garden, she has also had incredible longevity when you consider how many busy years of punishment she had to put her body through as an amateur.
And there's no real sign she is looking to hang the gloves up all that soon as she has continually batted away talk of retirement as she instead continues to search for her next historic bout.
Who knows when or where that will be located but having become such a role model to people the world over, you can guarantee it will draw a lot of eye balls.
