Katie Price being sent to prison would not stop her tying the knot for a fourth time due to her fears of losing “soulmate” JJ Slater.
A warrant was issued for the veteran glamour’s arrest last week after she failed to attend a hearing relating to her bankruptcies.
Price, 46, is battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill after being declared bankrupt for a second time in March.
Instead of giving evidence about her finances however, the mum-of-five jetted off on holiday to Turkey with her other half to undergo plastic surgery for a new TV show.
While it’s unclear what will happen when authorities are finally able to catch up with her once she is back on home soil, Price wants Slater - whom she has been linked to since January - by her side.
“She's happier than ever with JJ, she wouldn't want to lose him if we went to prison so she'd very willingly seal the deal from there, even if it wasn't the wedding she might have hoped for,” a source told OK!
They continued: “She's said she's found her soulmate so she wouldn't want to lose that, so she’d absolutely marry JJ behind bars. She’d love to marry him wherever she was and whatever was happening. She loves being married so she’d happily say 'I Do' from prison.
"Of course it would worry her that her being in jail would mean the end of their relationship, so making it official and making this commitment would make sure that didn't happen."
This would be Price’s fourth marriage. She was first married to Australian singer Peter Andre, followed by MMA star Alex Reid and aspiring background artist Kieran Hayler.
Price was previously due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court in April but her lawyers claimed she was unable to attend.
A barrister told the judge at the time: "It's quite apparent that the evidence was filed very late and not even filed with the court.
"We are in a very serious situation as a consequence. She may be held in contempt of court, imprisoned, fined or a warrant issued for her arrest."
Despite being warned of the potential consequences, she was again a no-show in court on July 30, resulting in Judge Catherine Burton issuing the warrant.
