Katie Price has risked landing herself in hot water again by appearing to nab a disabled parking spot when she celebrated her 45th birthday.
The former glamour model displayed a Blue Badge – intended to help her disabled son Harvey – on the dash of her boyfriend Carl Woods ’ SUV while they went out for a family meal.
The couple were joined by three of Katie’s children – Jett, nine, Bunny, eight, and Princess, 15, who was with a boyfriend.
But 21-year-old Harvey – who is autistic and was born with a rare genetic disorder – was not with them at Italian restaurant Donatello’s in Brighton.
Misusing a disabled badge is a criminal offence, punishable by a fine of up to £1,000.
Katie has already racked up a string of driving offences. She has been banned several times and was last year handed a 16-week suspended jail sentence.
The reality star is also facing a bankruptcy hearing over £3.2million of debt repayments.
Tonight disability campaigner Dave Thompson MBE said: “The information provided when a Blue Badge is issued is clear that it is for the sole use of the person named on it.
“Misuse of a Blue Badge is a serious criminal offence.
“There aren’t enough Blue Badge car parking spaces and any misuse limits that availability further.”
Katie went out for her birthday meal just days after she announced plans to launch a revealing podcast with her younger sister Sophie.
Sharing the news with her 2.6 million Instagram followers, Katie teased: “If you want the gossip, truth and a laugh, then join me and my co-host (and the person who knows me best) @sophie
_pricey.”
Katie’s agent was tonight approached for comment.
