Katie Price has had a change of heart when it comes to her body transformation plans. The former glamour model, who’s no stranger to cosmetic enhancements, has decided to skip the surgery table and hit the gym instead to sculpt her dream figure the natural way.
The 46-year-old was originally set on getting another Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), but after concerns from friends and family about her recent weight loss, she’s scrapped the idea. Pricey, who recently flew to Turkey for a facelift and ear pinning, revealed her new mindset on The Katie Price Podcast, saying:
“I’m starting the gym next week. I’ve decided I’m not going to have filler or implants, I’m going to work my a** off at the gym. I’ll take before and after pictures, though it’ll probably take a year to get my bum where I want it.”*
Just last year, she was all about getting a “bubble butt” and even joked: “I’ve just had my consultation to get my bum as big as my lips. I’m getting it done in January, but this time they’ve got an ultrasound, which means it’ll be much safer. Get used to the big lips, because soon I’m going to have a bubble butt. Wahey!”
Although she’s now against the idea of a full BBL, she hasn’t completely turned her back on tweaks. As recently as last month, she admitted to having bum filler, telling fans: “I’m so obsessed that, since I’ve lost loads of weight, my a** is now saggy. So no, I’ve got to have my bum filler done here. I can’t wait,”* reports The Mirror.
On top of her fitness kick, she’s also made some big changes to her diet. Speaking to The Sun, she explained: “I was eating the wrong things. Potatoes, pasta, carbs – they just puffed me up and made me fart, but I’ve cleaned up my diet a lot and eat better things, so now I don’t fart.”
Another factor in her weight fluctuations has been her IVF journey. On Rob Moore’s Disruptors podcast, she revealed: “So people have said I’ve lost loads of weight. Now there’s a programme coming out in January, my IVF journey. Anyone you know who’s had IVF, you put on weight. I had three IVFs in the past 15 months. They all failed.”
Her struggles with weight and fitness started back when she “broke her feet” and was warned she would “never run again.” She explained that being unable to exercise, ride her horses, or even walk properly for ten months left her feeling frustrated and inactive.
Now, with a fresh perspective and a gym plan in place, Katie seems determined to achieve her body goals the old-fashioned way. Whether she sticks to it or changes her mind again, one thing’s for sure—she always keeps people talking!
