While putting on an eye-grabbing display, Katie relaxed as she sipped on fresh coconut water straight from the huge green fruit.
Her large assets were barely contained in her multicoloured bikini which was decorated with smiley faces.
In a bid to protect her modesty as she walked around the resort, Katie rocked a green straw-like skirt over her bikini bottoms.
Meanwhile, her brunette locks were straightened to perfection as they swept down her back as she made the most of the exotic Asian weather.
Katie accessorised her look with a pair of black sliders, protecting her feet from the blistering heat of the concrete floor.
Meanwhile, her impressive tattoo collection was on full display after she was inked again, with a large design painted over her knee to join her already-growing body art.
The intricate heart-shaped diamond was encircled by a frame.
Reflecting on her humungous enhancements, Katie told new! magazine: "I can't buy bikinis any more, I have a lady who makes them for me.
"I pick the design and this time I picked one for Bunny too, so we both have matching bikinis.
"When Princess comes away, all three of us will have matching bikinis, it's fun!"
She continued: "I could be so much more fashionable and I looked so much slimmer without my boobs.
"But ultimately I just love big boobs, these are the biggest I've ever had, they're massive and I love it!"
Her trip was set to be make or break for Katie and her former fiancé Carl Wood, who left the holiday early and jetted back to London on his own.
Just days after he arrived back to the plummeting temperatures, Katie took to social media and hinted that the couple had split again and appeared to take a swipe at the former secondhand car salesman.
