Katie Price starts community service at a charity shop after breaching restraining order

Katie Price started her community service at a hospice charity shop after she admitted to breaching a restraining order.

Last year, the 44-year-old was handed an 18-month community order to carry out 170 hours of unpaid work after admitting to breaching a restraining order by sending abusive messages to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler about his fiancée Michelle Penticost.

Former glamour model Katie was also ordered to pay £1,500 in costs.

The TV personality avoided jail after she said she 'misunderstood' the rules of the restraining order when she sent a 'vile' message to her ex-husband about Michelle.

Katie branded Michelle a “c***ing whore” and a “gutter s**g” in the text messages sent to her ex-husband - with who she shares two children - in January last year.

On Monday morning, Katie was pictured stepping out of her car at a charity furniture store in Crawley.

The star kept it casual in a white graphic hoodie and black sweatpants as she prepared for a day of work.

She styled her comfortable fit with dark trainers and made sure to rock a face full of her classic make-up.

In the pictures shared on MailOnline, Katie carried her lunch in a plastic Co-op bag in one hand and held her phone in the other.

The TV star had been handed a five-year restraining order forbidding her from contacting Michelle indirectly or directly in 2019 after she used abusive language towards the mother-of-two at the school gates.

She was, at the time, convicted of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. The restraining order protecting Michelle started when Katie aimed a 'tirade of abuse' at her at a school playground.

In April 2022, Crawley Magistrates’ Court heard Katie sent Kieran an expletive-laden message on January 21, saying: "Tell your c***ing wh*** piece of s*** girlfriend not to start on me - she has a restraining order so shouldn't try to antagonise as she is in breach.

"I am sure she doesn't want people knowing she was having an affair with you behind my back the gutter s**g."
