Katie Price slammed over birthday photo with son Harvey a week after Nottinghamshire trip

Katie Price has come under fire over a birthday photo of her son Harvey with some people accusing her of "filtering" the image. The celebrity and model posted the image on her social media but quickly received comments saying she had airbrushed it.

The 44 year old, who has five children, has 2.7 million followers on Instagram where she uploaded the snap for all her fans to see. Harvey Price turned 20 on May 27.

Birmingham Live reports that Katie wrote: "Happy 20th birthday to my gorgeous boy (man as Harvey says now) I had 20 amazing years with it just being me and Harvey, with me being his absolute constant person in his life and never letting him down. He is a massive credit to me and I know he will be so excited with what I have planned this weekend and next weekend."

She posted a snap of Harvey, and fans were all flocking to wish him a happy birthday. But one wrote: "Aw don't filter Harvey" and a second said: "she feels like her own son needs editing?"

But Needs said: "he's a Gorgeous man happy birthday you're amazing Harvey, I have a 17 year old with autism really struggling with mental health and lives away from home really miss her. Harvey you are an inspiration to others." Christine said: "Aww what a lovely pic , you have grown into such a handsome man Harvey you look so well , HAPPY BIRTHDAY have a great day."

"Harvey is looking so good , he looks like he's lost weight #teamharvey," said Kel. “Lovely photo of Harvey, he looks so grown up,” said another. Another wrote: “You look amazing Harvey, you look so well."

The media personality took a trip to Mansfield last week where she visited a beauty salon to host a masterclass. She came under fire again after posting the visit on social media holding a new puppy.

A petition with some 20,000 signatures was set up which calls for Price to be banned for life from owning dogs. It comes after two of her dogs have died.
