Katie Price has been slammed by fans who believed she was comparing herself to Princess Diana.
The former glamour model, 44, took to social media over the weekend to post a snap of herself modelling for Ralph Lauren.
The media personality wore a huge smile as she posed in a bright pink sweater in the throwback pic, with her long dark hair swept back into a pony tail.
Katie's photo sat next to one of the late Princess Diana, who was also wearing the designer fashion label.
Diana was wearing a light pink shirt by Ralph Lauren and had her signature blonde hairdo.
Katie posted the two pics side by said and wrote: “Love this,” while tagging the Saatchi Gallery.
The photos appear in homage to fashion designer Ralph Lauren by British artist Duncan Western in their current exhibition Beyond the Streets London at Saatchi Gallery.
Despite not comparing herself to the late princess in the post, some fans were left furious.
One wrote: “What a absolute insult to princess Diana’s memory,” while a second added: “Diana was classy, and an inspiration, not even in the same league.”
“Don't ever compare yourself to Diana. You are nothing like her," wrote another.
A fourth fan commented: “This is a mockery to the real queen Diana.”
The backlash left many fans coming to Katie's defence, with one saying: "How’s it an insult to Diana you fools ! It’s a homage to Ralph Lauren, nothing to do with comparing the two. If your going to comment at least do your research first !!”
“Pricey can't win no matter what she says or does I think even KP will no there is no comparison between her and Diana always someone moaning and going on," quipped another.
Katie recently looked out of this world as she showed off the results of her boob job in a shiny PVC outfit.
The mum of five set pulses racing in the black PVC halterneck bodysuit with a naughty zip at the bottom as she posed for professional photos for the adult subscription-based website OnlyFans.
Katie's latest boob job is her 16th in total and it saw her assets shoot up to a size HH cup as she set out on a mission to have the biggest chest in the UK.
She most recently showed off the results of the surgery while on her month-long getaway in Thailand.
