Katie Price has given some important mental health advice a signal-boost on her Instagram page.
The former glamour model, 44, took to her Instagram Stories this morning [October 10] to mark World Mental Health Day and share some important posts about suicide prevention, ahead of her Channel 4 documentary, titled Katie Price : Trauma and Me, finally airing this evening.
Katie was set to appear in the film exploring her struggle with trauma on September 8, but due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II hours before the documentary was set to premiere, the mum-of-five announced to her Instagram fans her latest TV programme had been moved to a later date.
Last month, the mum-of-five revealed to her 2.6 million followers that her documentary had a new premiere date - a very poignant one - as she wrote: "Trauma and Me will air on World Mental Health Day (10 th October) on @channel4 at 10pm – thank you for all your support."
With just hours to go before her fans finally get to watch her candid film, Katie shared some important posts with her Instagram fans this morning - urging them to click a link to find out more about the Mental Health Foundation's #PinItForMentalHealth campaign, which stresses the importance of talking and getting help if you're struggling.
Katie - whose daughter Princess looked like her double in recent pictures - then went on to share another post from the organisation with her followers, which reads: "Suicide prevention. There are small things you can do that can make a big difference to me..."
If any of Katie's fans click through to see the rest of the post, they will be able to read tips from the Mental Health Foundation, including "Watch out for changes in my behaviour and signs of distress" and "Make time to listen to me and take what I tell you seriously."
