Katie Price's former fiance Kris Boyson seemingly caught Matt Hancock on camera having dinner with his aide Gina Coladangelo two weeks after they were said to have been pictured snogging at work.
Mr Hancock, 42, yesterday resigned from his post as Health Secretary amid a growing backlash over pictures published in The Sun which appear to show him in a steamy clinch with Ms Coladangelo in an office at the Department for Health headquarters.
He said sorry for breaching social distancing guidelines which in place at the time the pictures were said to have been taken - May 6 - and apologised to his family.
Now it's emerged Katie Price's former boyfriend Kris recorded a video seemingly showing the pair having dinner together two weeks after the kiss pictures are believed to have been taken.
The clip shows a man who resembles Hancock dining with two women, including a brunette who looks a lot like married mum-of-three Ms Coladangelo, at the swanky Ours restaurant in Chelsea.
In the video, Kris is heard saying: "Mate I can't believe what I'm actually seeing... so my man, what's his name? Matt Hancock.
"My man Matt Hancock.. Hancock... I can't even say it... he's with two girls that don't look… like the voluntarily came out with him just for a drink.
"Without any more business... You know what I'm saying. My man! My man."
It's not clear whether the diners in Kris video are indeed Mr Hancock and Ms Coladangelo.
The pair met while studying at Oxford University and have remained friends, regularly being spotted together at public gatherings over the years including the Conservative Party Conference in September 2019.
After Kris' video re-emerged, a source close to the personal trainer told MailOnline : "Kris can't believe it. It's madness how it's all blown up."
Mr Hancock hung onto his job after the kiss pictures were published earlier in the week, but threw in the towel yesterday by handing in his resignation.
In a letter to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, he wrote: "We have worked so hard as a country to fight the pandemic. The last thing I would want is for my private life to distract attention from the single-minded focus that is leading us out of this crisis.
"I want to reiterate my apology for breaking the guidance, and apologise to my family and loved ones for putting them through this. I also need be with my children at this time."
At the time the kiss pictures were believed to have been taken, laws in England banned indoor social gatherings of people from different households, and people were urged to stay two metres apart and avoid "face to face contact".
Subsequent reports have suggested Mr Hancock left his wife Martha on the night the images were first published, telling her their marriage was over.
The couple had been married for 15 years and are parents to three children.
