Katie Price's daughter Princess didn't want to go back to Mucky Mansion amid bad memories

Katie Price 's teenage daughter Princess has admitted that she 'really didn't want to move back to' her mum's Mucky Mansion because it held too many bad memories for her.

Princess, 14, shared the revelation during the first episode of her mum's new Channel 4 series Katie Price's Mucky Mansion which sees the former glamour model's attempts to makeover her dilapidated £2 million property.

In a heartbreaking clip from the new documentary, Katie's lookalike teen daughter shared her confession while helping out with painting the walls of the disheveled home.

"I didn't really like this house at the start. It was a dark house. There were just so many bad memories in it," Princess revealed.

"I didn't even want to walk on the driveway," she added.

Princess went on to reveal that while her family lived in the Mucky Mansion, her mum's 'head was in a bad place'.

Now that her famous mum has been trying to turn her life around, Princess is hoping that things will be different in the mansion.

"Before my mum's head was in a bad place but now her head's in a good place, it's a lot better," Princess shared.

"I'm excited. I didn't think we'd come back here to be honest."

Following her daughter's heartbreaking confession, Katie insisted that she's renovating the home for the good of her children in the documentary.

While getting to grips with some paint-work in her daughter's room, the mum-of-five admitted: "This room is going to be for Princess. I don't want to make it too girly. Princess didn't want to stay here.

"We've all got memories of the house so I want to recreate everything and not have everything the same.

"There was a lot of heartache, it wasn't good."

Katie gave fans a glimpse at her newly transformed Sussex home in the first episode of the show - but curious fans were left wondering how the TV star was able to afford the renovations after she was declared bankrupt.

Viewers have been treated to a closer look at each room in the mansion as well as the surrounding areas, but they can't quite get their heads around the fact that the 'bankrupt' star is able to splash the cash on such major renovations.

"For someone who always say she has no money, least she can afford to renovate her 'Mansion'", one viewer fumed.

"How does she get to keep her house when she’s bankrupt? #MuckyMansion," another echoed.

Meanwhile, someone else raged: "How has she got money to renovate a 19 room house, i thought she was bankrupt. I cant afford to do my 2 up 2 down #MuckyMansion."

"How can Katie Price afford to renovate her #MuckyMansion when she's bankrupt," another questioned.

However, Katie reportedly snapped up a whopping £45,000 paycheque for the documentary - which meant she avoided paying a penny for renovations to her famous home.
