Katie Price has opened up about her mental health struggles after getting her beloved horses back.
The 43-year-old star took to her Instagram to share a throwback snap of her happily riding her horse and used the opportunity to talk about Mental Health Awareness Week.
She told her followers: "This week is mental health awareness week...I'd like to think I've always been open and honest about the struggles I've personally faced with my mental health.
"Many of you already know my story and have either made judgement or set messages of kindness and support which helps me massively day to day to look back on."
The former glamour model added: "Weekly therapy helps me yes, but being with my horses and having that feeling of being outdoors on a hack in the countryside, provides me with routine and the calmness my life needs.

"It's important to find that something for you, that you not only love, but benefits your overall wellbeing - for my mum gardening helps her, for my sister it's walking and for my brother and my dad it's a round of golf....just a few ideas for you."
Fans loved the post and took to the comment section to share what activities help them feel better.
Many included colouring, while some shared that photography, dancing or even make-up provides them with routine and calmness.
At the end of last month, animal-lover Katie welcomed her horses back to her life after completing renovations on her £2million West Sussex home.
The keen equestrian has owned horses for many years but was forced to re-home her beloved animals at a neighbour's property after her own home and its surrounding land fell into a state of disrepair.

But after documenting her journey on her own Channel 4 show Mucky Mansion she has been able to overhaul the property back to its former glory.
And that includes a safe stable block and paddocks for her horses to roam.
Katie shared a picture on Instagram announcing the happy news: "My babies are home."
The shot shows two horses in the wooden stables with their heads popping out as a dog runs freely across the yard.
She previously explained in the documentary: ''I just love horses. [They] kept me off the streets, kept me away from boys.
''I spent hours grooming them, cutting up their carrots, making their beds all nice. I just loved it, and I still love it.''
