Katie Price is reportedly planning her 'most extreme surgery ever' in a bid to shrink her waistline.
Sources have told the Closer Magazine that Katie is already planning her next procedure.
It has been said that the former glamour model has been issued warnings from cosmetic surgeons who "would not operate on her".
The source explained that Katie's next surgery stint "is to get a rib removed to create a svelte waist".
Katie apparently "misses her old physique and womanly curves" – which is why she's considering going ahead with the drastic procedure.
People have 24 ribs, known as 12 pairs of ribs and they exist to protect our lungs, heart, and other organs.

But some experts claim that we don't actually need all of our ribs, and that seven sets are all that we need – because these are attached to breastbone and sternum.
The five remaining sets are attached to cartilaginous tissue, are dubbed as 'false ribs' with the bottom two sets known as 'floating ribs'.
It's usually the floating ribs that get removed if a person wants to go ahead with the procedure, and it involves making small incisions on both sides of the spine to remove them from the ribcage.

But the procedure isn't a walk in the park and actually comes with a few hefty risks.
By having this op, there is a danger of a rib slipping and making a hole in an internal organ like the lungs – which is why most surgeons in the UK refuse to carry it out.
As well as going under the knife for rib removal, she also wants to get "lipo-sculpture", according to the publication.

This procedure is similar to liposuction and she reportedly wants to fly to Turkey to get it all done.
Her end goal is to have a "tiny waist" and she thinks that getting the rib removal op will "give her an hourglass shape".
The source told the mag: "She knows she's going overboard and probably should be thinking about other things at the moment, but right now she just doesn't care."
