Katie Price is hoping to head off on her sixth holiday in sixth months with Carl Woods - so long as she avoids jail on Friday, it has been reported.
The mum-of-five is due in court on Friday for sentencing after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancee Michelle Penticost.
Following her formal plea, Katie had been warned by Judge Stephen Mooney at Lewes Crown Court that she was "at risk of going to prison".
Bath bomb creator Katie previously pleaded not guilty to a single charge of breaching a restraining order on April 27 and requested a crown court trial.
However, she changed her plea to guilty while entering a formal plea in May.
In January, Katie allegedly texted Kieran, 34, calling Michelle a “c***ing w***e piece of s***” and a “gutter s**g”.
The reality star was later arrested by police on January 21 and spent 12 hours in a cell.
Despite her legal woes, Katie has enjoyed a number of lavish holidays since January.
Among the places she's travelled to include Belgium, The New Forest, Thailand and Portugal.
And a source has told The Sun that Katie is already planning her next trip if she avoids jail.
They said: "Katie is desperately hoping she avoids jail time when she is sentenced on Friday and is trying to think positive.
"She is planning the holiday with the mindset that she will be a free woman, but the whole thing could be off is things don’t go her way."
The insider said that the holiday will be the "ultimate way to celebrate" if she avoids jail.
They added that Katie and Carl are "in a great place" after a tricky few months and could be heading to Thailand as it's "special" to them.
The Mirror has reached out to Katie's reps for comment.
The couple had new tattoos inked during their romantic trip to the country earlier this year, with Katie having a floral sleeve and a unicorn as a tribute to her mum.
