Today it emerged that Katie Price's bankruptcy hearing had been moved yet again - but the model still had an appointment to keep, for a lip filler and botox top-up.
The glamour model, 44, shared a video of herself with her face smothered in cream ahead of the cosmetic work, and then showed off the results.
Katie is no stranger to botox and lip fillers, recently getting work done in October, and other work includes liposuction, eye lifts and fat injected into her bum.
The I'm A Celeb star shared the latest video of her top-up hours after it was reported that a court hearing scheduled for tomorrow over her £3.2m debt has been moved to April.
It had already been postponed from June to February.
The mum-of-five previously agreed to pay £12,000 a month but has not been sticking to the deal, according to those owed the cash.
A considerable amount of the £3.265m is owed for mortgages secured against her famous “Mucky Mansion” in West Sussex.
However in a video shared on her Instagram, the hearing seemed to be the last thing on Katie's mind.
Her face covered in cream, she told her followers in the clip: "You probably think 'what's she doing'?
"Yes this is numbing cream, it's that day. The day has come for lips and botox. I don't like needles much."
Katie admitted she put the cream on herself, rather than the beauty technician.
In a series of pictures, in which she tagged the clinic, Katie showed different stages of the cosmetic work, saying at the end that she is "absolutely loving my lips."
In December, Katie said she is learning how to administer her own face fillers and Botox as she sets up a beauty salon at her home.
She says: “I’ve had enough of them in my life to know what’s good and what’s not.”
She plans convert her farmhouse’s annex into a clinic, explaining: “Well, I’ve got the car parking, and I pay council tax on the bloody thing, so I might as well use it.”
The clinic will be themed around her favourite doll, Barbie, but Katie admitted to The Sunday TImes she “might have to change a letter or something” in its name to avoid trademark issues.
A beauty clinic is not the only business up her sleeve, as the star recently started selling her old underwear online, in signed frames.
She's also hawking Katie Price memorabilia such as workout DVDs and books.
The mum-of-five is certainly not short of business ideas, as she recently floated launching a line of jazzed up mobility scooters.
She knows a bit about mobility scooters after breaking her feet following a horror fall in Turkey and 2020, and has kitted out four she has used.
Speaking to Nigel Farage on his GB News show, Katie said: "When you see people on them, they're boring aren't they? So I might bring out a range of mobility scooters."
