Katie Price fans reportedly left an event she was due to attend in Birmingham after she arrived more than an hour late. The 44-year-old was set to host a make-up masterclass at the Iron House in Hockley at 4.30pm on Thursday, June 16.
The event was part of Katie's tour of the UK, which sees her meet fans and give them a masterclass with her make-up artist Fern Howe-Shepherd. Tickets for the event cost £80.
However, Katie revealed she was stuck in traffic on the motorway while on route to the masterclass. She told her 2.7 million followers on Instagram: "So typical, all on time and guess what? On the motorway and this sign has popped up and now we're in traffic. So we're probably going to be late for everything today now. Great. Great. "

Showing the state of the traffic in an Instagram story, Katie added: "Hardly even started the journey and look at this. Oh dear, oh dear."
As time ticked on, however, some fans were left frustrated, reports Birmingham Live. According to the publication, by the time 5:15pm rolled around, fans were starting to lag and staff from inside the Iron House came out with glasses of water.
"We've got other things to do!" one woman reportedly said, while another apparently commented that she wanted her money back.
Katie and her make-up artist reportedly arrived half an hour later when fans were let into the venue and the masterclass finally began. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
