Katie McCabe is set to undergo a scan on Thursday to determine the severity of her foot injury.
McCabe suffered the knock on Wednesday evening during the latter stages of Arsenal's 2-0 win over Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.
The Irish star went down late on after a 50/50 challenge and had to be helped off the field by physios.

She was later seen wearing a protective boot on her left foot and using crutches as she returned to the field to take part in her team's celebrations.
When asked about McCabe after the game, Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall said it was "too soon" to give an update on the stricken star.
McCabe however has since taken to Twitter to thank fans for messages of support and also reveal that she will undergo a scan on her foot on Thursday.
The injury has caused great concern for Irish fans given the close proximity to the World Cup which is less than four months away.
Vera Pauw is another who will be worried, with the Ireland manager due in Dublin on Friday to name her squad for the upcoming International friendlies with the USA.
