Kate Moss tells court Johnny Depp 'never' pushed her as she testifies in Amber Heard trial

Kate Moss has told the court that her ex boyfriend Johnny Depp "never pushed" her as she testified in his trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard.

Today, (Wednesday) model Kate appeared via video link to the Fairfax County District Court in Virginia, where she said the Pirates of the Caribbean actor never "pushed, kicked or threw" her down any stairs, writes OK! Magazine.

The 48-year-old, who dated the actor from 1994 to 1997, was questioned about an alleged incident that came up in the $50million lawsuit the Hollywood star launched against Amber.

Amber had claimed she "heard a rumour" Kate was pushed down the stairs by Johnny.

But, Kate has insisted such an incident did not occur as she testified: "We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did.

"There had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slid down the stairs. I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn't know what had happened."

She said Depp came running back to help her and "carried me to my room and got me medical attention".

When Kate was asked if her ex ever pushed her down the stairs, she replied "no".

Kate said: "He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs," she added.

This comes after actress Amber, 35, brought up Kate's name in her testimony on May 5.

Amber said she had felt connected to Kate, referencing a longstanding rumour that Johnny, 58, had pushed Kate down the stairs in the 1990s.
