Racy Parisienne nights are at the heart of Zara’s skimpy new collection, which has been given the Kate Moss treatment in the latest campaign.
The limited run has enlisted the help of ex-Vogue Paris editor Emmanuelle Alt, who has worked with the brand to create a new wardrobe for black tie soirées followed by late night martinis at marble bars.
The offering is split in two parts, “Into the Night” and “Into the Classic”, together counting 25 glamour-oozing garments, eight new pairs of shoes, plus bags and accessories. Just add a smize, 90s style smoky eye, and head into town.
Black is the new black here, but floor length monochrome frocks and rhinestone minis are punctuated with a lamé silver dress here, and fuchsia pink bustier top there.
90s British fashion photographer David Sims, who cut his teeth shooting for magazines like i-D and The Face, has captured the clothes’ It-girl essence on Moss, as new pictures see the supermodel dashing out of taxis in gem hemmed skirts, and caught in the rain in a crystal studded, white long sleeve party frock.
