If we're honest, it's usually Meghan Markle who sparks our attention with her choice of trendy new handbag brands. But Kate Middleton is proving to be hot on the heels of her sister-in-law after discovering Manu Atelier.
On Wednesday afternoon Kate stepped out in Blackpool holding a stylish mini green bag by the brand. It's the second time the Duchess of Cambridge has been seen with the accessory in as many weeks, having debuted it at the official opening of the V&A in Dundee on January 29.
Manu Atelier was created by Turkish sisters, Beste and Merve Manastir, in 2014, who were inspired by their father, a leather craftsman. The brand quickly caught the eye of A-listers, including Sarah Jessica Park, as well as fashion influencers such as Eva Chen, thanks to its unique silhouettes, bold colours and quality craftsmanship.
And it's not just the elite who love the brand. The bags are also at the accessible end of the luxury handbag spectrum, holding a mid-range price point between £310 and £440.
The duchess's favourite design is the Micro Bold Monte Green from the brand's Fall 2017 collection. At £408, it's one of the more expensive bags in the collection.
With the British royal fully backing the brand, as well as iterations of the bag appearing all over the fashion week AW19 street style scene over the past month, the only way is up for Manu Atelier.
