The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been happily married for more than a decade and during that time they've become such a well established couple it's hard to imagine a time when they weren't together.
It's well documented that Prince William and Kate first began dating at university, while both studying the history of art at the University of St Andrews, before going on to get engaged in 2010.
But what happened when they first met? Was it love at first sight? Well, it turns out their first meeting wasn't quite the love story we were hoping for, as Wills can't even remember it happening...
During their engagement interview in 2010, the couple were asked if they could remember the first time they laid eyes on one another. While Kate was able to recall right away, William confessed he'd have to "wrack his brains."
We've all been there, Kate.
The Duchess of Cambridge said: "I actually went bright red when I met you and scuttled off feeling very shy about meeting you.
"William wasn't there for quite a bit of the time initially, he wasn't there from Fresher's Week, so it did take a bit of time for us to get to know each other. But we did become very close friends from quite early on."
In the same interview, Kate was asked about a rumour claiming she'd had a poster of William on her bedroom wall at uni, and was quick to confirm there was absolutely no truth in it whatsoever.

"He wishes," she said. "I had the Levi guy on my wall, not a picture of William."
The couple, who now have three children together, even touched on the fact they briefly parted ways, while still at university, and admitted it was important for their relationship in the long-run.
"We did split up for a bit. We were both very young, it was at university and we were both finding ourselves and being different characters and stuff," Wills said.
"It was very much trying to find our own way and we were growing up. It was just a bit of space. It worked out for the better."
Kate admitted she wasn't happy about the break-up at the time, but in hindsight believes it was a good idea.
She added: "At the time I wasn't very happy about it but actually it made me a stronger person. You find out things about yourself that maybe you hadn't realised.
"I think you can get quite consumed by a relationship when you're younger. I really valued that time, for me as well, although i didn't think it at the time."
