Princess Charlotte is only seven so she has not made very many royal public appearances. But when she has been present, her feisty character has often shone through - especially when it comes to keeping her brothers in line.
Charlotte is the Prince and Princess of Wales' second born child with her older brother being Prince George and little Prince Louis, who she has been seen previously telling off for his cheeky behaviour during royal engagements, being the youngest sibling
However, the young Princess herself has also been caught out in the past for her own bad behaviour during one of her early rare public appearances which left her mum Kate Middleton shocked.
The incident came in 2019 while Charlotte attended a sailing regatta on the Isle of Wight alongside her mum, dad Prince William and her grandparents Carole and Michael Middleton.
The then four-year-old was looking out of a window with Kate while the Princess of Wales waved to people standing below them, the Mirror reports.
However, rather than following her mum's gracious lead, Charlotte decided to stick her tongue out.
Kate did not appear to be overly impressed once she realised what her daughter was doing. Even though she was seen grinning and giggling, the future Queen leaned forward to say something to Charlotte before turning her away from the window to make her stop.
However, since that day, Charlotte has made many more public appearances and her outstanding behaviour at all of them has been praised at all of them.
This Saturday she will make another public appearance with her two brothers for the annual Trooping the Colour King's Birthday parade.
Over 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians are set to take play in the display of military precision, horsemanship and fanfare.
The parade will travel from Buckingham Palace down The Mall to Horse Guards Parade and will close with a Royal Air Force fly-past.
King Charles and William will ride on horseback during this year's Trooping the Colour display while other members of the Royal Family, including Queen Camilla, Kate and her three kids George, Charlotte and Louis will watch on from carriages and the Buckingham Palace balcony.
Last year's Trooping the Colour kicked off the late Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee celebrations where Louis stole the show with his hilarious facial expressions during the RAF flypast.
Thousands of spectators are expected to line the Mall to watch the King's Birthday Parade on Saturday.
The Trooping the Colour parade originates back to the Middle Ages when each Lord or Baron flew their banner, known as a colour so that their followers could recognise them on the battlefield.
The annual event has taken place on the official birthday of the British sovereign for over 260 years.
