Royal fans absolutely loved Kate Middleton's cheeky red carpet moment with Prince William.
Supporters were delighted to cheer on the Prince and Princess of Wales as they arrived at the BAFTAs.
In a blink and you'll miss it moment, the 41-year-old Duchess of Cambridge, appeared to give Wills, 40, an affectionate tap on his bottom.
One fan wrote on Instagram : “I love how happy they are, were and probably will be even more. Really a good thing nowadays! The world needs more smiles (genuine people with smiles I meant!)”
Another said: “She’s trying to hold his hand but he pulled away - greeted the press!"
One viewer wrote: "This is the best dressed I’ve seen them in a very long time."
Others simply added heart-shaped emojis.
The couple were among the guests who graced the red carpet the Royal Festival Hall in London for the ceremony, which "celebrates the very best in film of the past year".
Kate, 41, donned an elegant off-white dress for the event. The one-shoulder gown was accompanied by a pair of lengthy black gloves, as well as a matching clutch purse from Jimmy Choo.
She further accessorised the look with a pair of statement earrings, which were a bargain buy.
The gown - by designer Alexander McQueen - is recycled. The gown is the outfit she wore to the BAFTAs in 2019, but reworked to include a cape sleeve.
The outfit has undergone some minor alterations, with floral detail on the shoulder having been swapped for the caped sleeve sported this evening.
Meanwhile, the earrings worn by Kate were from high street retailer Zara, with the floral-shaped jewellery retailing for £17.99.
She was accompanied at the event this evening by her husband William, 40 - who has been the President of BAFTA since February 2010.
Kate styled her brunette locks in her staple wavy hair do as her natural makeup glowed as she and William walked the red carpet of the awards ceremony.
He opted to wear a traditional black suit for the film awards ceremony. His outfit included a white shirt, a black jacket, a matching bow tie and a white pocket square.
During the ceremony, Prince William became emotional as actress Helen Mirren made a touching tribute to the late Queen.
This year's EE Bafta Film Awards was held at the Royal Festival Hall, which is located within the Southbank Centre in London and was hosted by actor Richard E. Grant and TV presenter Alison Hammond.
