Virgin Radio's Kate Lawler was rushed to hospital with a mystery illness.
The 41-year-old radio presenter called her hospital stay "a wake up call".
Former Big Brother star Kate shared a health update on Instagram, and told her fans: "Yesterday was pretty strange. Long story but I ended up in hospital.
"Got home at 9pm and feeling much better today. I need to make some changes in order to feel better, both mentally and physically.
"But it's easy to forget to look after yourself when you're juggling so much. Still, it's given me a wake up call."
She added: "I hope you're all doing okay today," with a red heart emoji.
Kate found fame after becoming the first female to win Channel 4's Big Brother in 2002 and then went on to appear on celebrity Love Island.
She now works as the drive time host for Virgin Radio after joining the team in 2019.
The mum-of-one recently opened up about her struggles with mental health and her battle with post natal depression.
She said how she was forced to "leave" her baby during the lowest point to stop her from doing something that she would regret.
Speaking on Lorraine, she said: "‘For a lot of those early newborn days, I was struggling every day.
"That was the moment I hit rock bottom when I was in the deepest, darkest depths of postnatal depression.
"I had terrible thoughts about what I might do to myself and Noa."
"I feel awful for even feeling like I might have come close to doing something like that, but I didn’t do it. I put her down on the bed and ran upstairs and said to Boj, 'I just can’t do it anymore'."
She told Closer magazine that her partner Martin “Boj” Bojtos had booked couples therapy during her struggles.
At first she explained that she was worried he wanted to break up with her, but he said that actually he "wanted to start their marriage on the right foot".
She told the magazine: “With every month that goes by, I feel better and Noa brings us so much joy, but there are times when I get teary because as a mum you juggle so much, and put everyone else first.
“Before Noa, I was so independent and enjoyed my freedom, so it’s taking time to adjust to a different lifestyle.”

The mum said that she is ruling out the idea of having any more children, adding that she will give her daughter "absolutely everything" and that she has a "loving family".
She added: "I feel for all those women who’ve had those feelings but weren’t able to share them.
"It’s ok to love your child with every fibre of your being but not enjoy the day to day of parenting."
