It's no easy feat, managing to be up, ready and looking amazing by 6am, but Kate Garraway always manages to do it.
The TV personality regularly hosts Good Morning Britain on ITV, and for Thursday's show she opted for a high street fashion item that's not only beautiful, but affordable. Kate, 55, wore a statement blouse from Marks and Spencer.
The floral print garment features long sleeves that gather into elasticated cuffs for a "touch of volume", according to M&S.

It has added stretch to give "ultimate comfort", and is brought together with a tie neck. Kate opted for the green and blue version, but it is also available in "ivory mix" print.
Marks and Spencer's Printed Tie Neck Blouse is available in sizes 6-24 and is on sale in stores and online now for £29.50. And it seems Kate isn't the only TV host to like the item.
Her ITV co-star Ruth Langsford was spotting wearing the blouse on Loose Women on Tuesday.
