Kate Garraway shared an adorable photo with her dad and praised the 87-year-old's "wonderful energy".
The Good Morning Britain star shared the rare snap of her dad to her 1.1m followers.
Kate accompanied the photo with a message praising her dad's energy, adding she gets her love of gardening from him.

Kate said she had spent the day with her dad doing some spring planting.
The photo shows Kate in the boot of her dad's car which she joked was "surprisingly capacious".
Kate wrote on the Instagram post: "Everyone sings for their supper in my house!
"Thanks to my Dad's wonderful energy at 87 (I get my gardening passion from him) & a surprisingly capacious Peugeot 3008 boot! We are cracking on with some spring planting today.
"It’s amazing what he’ll do for one of my apple crumbles!?!!"
Kate's followers were quick to say how well her dad looked for his age and hoped they had a lovely time together.
