Kate Garraway 'looks amazing' with 'new hair' amid Derek Draper's health battle

Viewers praised Kate Garraway for how good she looked amid her husband's ongoing health battle.

The Good Morning Britain presenter appeared alongside co-host Ben Shephard and she seemed to be sporting a "new look". Fans asked what was looking different as others commented that she had changed her hair to look like colleague Charlotte Hawkins.

Her hair, which is normally styled straight, was styled into loose, beachy-looking waves. Fans loved the changes as they took to Twitter.

It comes as Kate recently announced that life with her husband, Derek Draper, is "very challenging" as he is "unable to move or speak." In an emotional interview, the presenter said that her husband is "very damaged" three years after contracting coronavirus back in 2020.

Derek, a former political advisor, spent 13 months in hospital in 2020 before returning to the family home with Kate and their two children - Darcey, 16 and Billy, 13 - and now needs round the clock care. He has become the longest-suffering coronavirus patient in the UK.
