Kate Garraway is set to be spending more time on-screen as she lands a new TV show away from Good Morning Britain. Viewers are used to seeing the presenter on the ITV news programme on a Thursday as a newsreader and Friday as the main host alongside Ben Shephard.
Kate, 54, also hosts her own Smooth Radio show weekdays from 10am to 1pm in between caring for her husband, Derek Draper, and looking after their two children - Darcey, 16, and 12-year-old Billy. But now the mum-of-two will be adding Saturday morning TV to her list of jobs.
She's been announced as the host of a brand new show following an ITV weekend schedule revamp. The broadcaster has announced that Garraway’s Good Stuff will see Kate joined by friends and celebrities in a new lifestyle magazine show, due to be starting this spring.

The presenter will give viewers the best start to their weekend, including the latest health and wellbeing tips as well as food inspiration for a Saturday night dinner, ITV said.
It is part of ITV's weekend schedule shake-up which will see famous faces presenting four new series on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
There will be three new shows for Sunday mornings throughout the summer, kicking off with Big Zuu’s Breakfast Show. The chef and musician’s show will feature cooking, music and chat with star guests in the one-hour episodes.
Then, BBC Radio 1 presenter Vick Hope will also have her own Sunday morning show, which will be followed by a slot featuring TV presenter Katie Piper, who will both have their own brand of topical chat and guests, ITV said.
Head of ITV Entertainment Katie Rawcliffe said: "I'm delighted we can bring this brilliant line-up of presenters to our weekend mornings starting this spring.
"The shows will offer the perfect mix of entertainment, chat and food to get our viewers ready for their Saturday and Sundays ahead."
Kate's latest role on ITV comes after she hosted two documentaries for the channel following the effect Covid had on her family.
Finding for Derek in 2021 picked up a National Television Award as it showed her husband Derek's battle to recover after the virus, which he contracted at the start of the pandemic in March 2020, caused significant damage to his body and left him spending more than a year in hospital.
The follow-up film, Caring for Derek, then aired last month and began with the moment the former Labour lobbyist turned psychotherapist arrived home from the hospital after more than 370 days as well as his and Kate's trip to Mexico for experimental treatment.
As well as her work with ITV, Kate also recently started appearing on BBC 2 with her new show, Your Body Uncovered. It sees her team up with Dr Guddi Singh to help patients understand their bodies by using virtual reality and 3D images.
Last week's show hit closer to home for Kate after it highlighted the effects of Covid on the lungs. Patient discovered that her air sacs had filled with fluid, mucus and dead cells, resulting in why she was struggling to breathe.
