Kate Ferdinand has revealed her 18-month-old son Cree is already following in her fitness footsteps.
The former TOWIE star – who shares the tot with husband Rio, 43 – treated her young son to a set of 'mini weights' – consisting of a tiny dumbbell and kettlebell.
Sharing a photo of the gym-themed toys with her followers on Instagram, Kate, 31, appeared to be in the garden as she snapped away at the set.
"It's a family thing," she wrote alongside the shot followed by an arm flexing emoji.
While dad-of-four Rio previously played football for the likes of Manchester United and England, Kate has made no secret of her love for fitness.
The reality star – who regularly trains in her home gym – previously told the Mirror that she exercises specifically for the benefit of her mental health.
"I enjoy working out – it clears my mind," Kate revealed.
"But I don’t feel the need to be crazy about it or put loads of pressure on myself, because there are much more important things.
"Consistency is key. It will be better to go twice a week than go six days a week and then quit after two weeks."
Sharing on her favourite ways to workout, she added: "I like going to the gym and I really love walking. Walking really clears my mind – I love getting out with Cree and the dogs to get fresh air. At the gym, I do a bit of everything."
Meanwhile, it comes after reports claimed Kate and Rio were "torn" over welcoming a second child together.
As well as their son, Kate is step-mum to Rio’s kids from his first marriage to his late wife Rebecca – Lorenz, 16, Tate, 14, and 11-year-old Tia.
However, following a traumatic birth with Cree – when an emergency C-section left her unable to pick her baby up for weeks – she is apparently weighing up whether to have another child so soon.
A source told Heat magazine: "Kate really struggled with having a newborn. But as the kids get older, she’s starting to miss the baby phase."
The pal continued: "If she does have another child she doesn’t want there to be a huge age gap. But at the same time, she feels like she’s just getting her life back."
Since having Cree, Kate has launched a podcast called Blended, inspired by her first-hand experience being part of a blended family with Rio and the children.
Kate recently spoke out about how amazed she is that she is able to cope with looking after four kids.
Opening up about potentially being a mum of five in the future, she said: "I have four children. It’s quite hectic.
"I would never say never, but right now we are happy.
"I’m stronger than I thought I was. It takes patience, understanding and strength to raise four children, but I love it so much. I wouldn’t change it for anything."
