Fun-loving Kate Beckinsale employs toilet humour to keep fit as she performs a perfect squat at the gym.
The trim and toned Underworld star, 45, performed a series of 20lb barbell lifts over a loo placed underneath her by her prankster personal trainer.
Kate trains in Los Angeles with celebrity strength coach Gunnar Peterson, who has also worked with actors Ben Affleck and Hugh Jackman and has appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
She revealed he often plays jokes on his clients to make their workout sessions as much fun as possible.
She said: “What sets Gunnar Peterson apart from other trainers is not just the fact he’ll suddenly install a loo under the squat rack to entertain himself... but it is a portion of it.”
Kate shared a clip of herself in a black sports bra and form-fitting leggings lowering herself over the toilet seat several times – before bursting out laughing.
