Kilmarnock beating Celtic in Scottish Cup wouldn't be 'biggest shock'
"Like I say, I've never been the type of guy that's going to sit here and say, I want to do this, I want to do that. Again, I'm old enough and experienced enough to know that the next game is the most important, so that's it."
Schmeichel has played in every one of his side's matches this season, registering 17 clean sheets in 23 league appearances alone.
He will aim to keep Kilmarnock out on Saturday evening when Derek McInnes' side makes the trip up the M77 in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup.
Kick-off is at 5.30pm as the holders look to kickstart their defence of the famous old trophy in style.
