Karim Benzema confessed he is carrying an injury during an amusing conversation with Kylian Mbappe just seconds before Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid faced off in the Champions League.
The two strikers, who are teammates with France, were named in the starting line-ups for the two opposing sides ahead of Tuesday night's blockbuster last-16 first leg at the Parc des Princes.
Benzema, 34, has been in sensational form this season with 22 goals and eight assists in 26 games prior to the match.
But it was 23-year-old Mbappe who lit up Paris with a brilliant added-time strike to take his tally to 22 goals in 32 appearances.
The Frenchmen were just two of the huge names in action, with Lionel Messi also named in the PSG attack and Luka Modric marshalling the Real Madrid midfield.

Benzema and Mbappe came face to face in the star-studded tunnel before the match and embraced with beaming smiles on their faces in an exchange broadcast by RMC Sport.
Perhaps attempting to poke fun at a player over a decade his senior, the French outlet claims Mbappe asked: "How are you? Aren't you injured?"
In response, Benzema admitted he is carrying a minor knock by saying: "A little bit, yeah."
However, Mbappe did not believe his compatriot and hit back: "Liar! B******! Go!"
The Santiago Bernabeu hero had the final word in the conversation by saying: "You're a crazy one."
Although there was no shortage of star power on show in the last-16 encounter, goals were certainly in short supply as Thibaut Courtois shone between the posts for the visitors.
The likes of Messi, Angel Di Maria and Mbappe were frustrated by Los Blancos for almost the entire 90 minutes, and the introduction Neymar off the bench did not tip the balance in PSG's favour.
