The latest Karim Adeyemi Transfer News has indicated that Chelsea will not be making a move for the Borussia Dortmund star in January.
Under the guidance of Enzo Maresca, the Blues have mounted an unlikely title push and are through to the knockout stages of the UEFA Conference League.
Last weekend, the west Londoners came from 2-0 down to beat arch-rivals Tottenham 4-3 to go up to second in the Premier League table.
Star man Cole Palmer scored two penalties with Jadon Sancho and Enzo Fernandez netting the others at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Goals on the road have not been an issue for Maresca’s side this season. However, their tally at Stamford Bridge in the top-flight leaves much to be desired.
Prior to this weekend’s clash with Brentford, Chelsea have scored just 12 times at Stamford Bridge in 2024/25. The general feeling around SW6 is that a new forward is required.
Nicolas Jackson has starred so far this campaign. The 2023 summer signing from Villarreal has scored eight goals in 15 appearances across all competitions.
Despite netting 12 times – mainly in the UEFA Conference League – Christopher Nkunku is not seen as the forward to fire the Blues to glory.
Karim Adeyemi Transfer News Indicates No Chelsea Interest
Understand Chelsea are not interested in Dortmund’s Karim Adeyemi despite links with the 22-year-old.🇩🇪
Also no plans to sign a new keeper. #CFC remain happy with Robert Sanchez and Filip Jorgensen. Plus, the incoming Mike Penders viewed as a significant talent.🧤 pic.twitter.com/NJ8Xy4P7BI

If the latest Karim Adeyemi transfer news is to be believed, Chelsea will not be making a move in January. Since Todd Boehly came on to the scene, the Blues have spent over £1 billion on new players.
It may have taken longer than expected but the newer additions at Stamford Bridge are finally starting to click. However, Adeyemi won’t be joining the revolution.
The 22-year-old is one of the hottest talents in Europe currently. In September, the Germany international helped himself to a UEFA Champions League hat-trick as Borussia Dortmund thrashed Celtic 7-1.
Last season, Adeyemi scored in Der Klassiker as BVB beat Bayern on their own patch for the first time since 2019. Furthermore, Adeyemi set a Bundesliga record in 2023.
During the fixture against Freiburg, Adeyemi was clocked at 22.77 mph. He is by far the quickest-ever player to feature in Germany’s top flight.
For now, recent reports suggest he won’t be moving to London anytime soon. Elsewhere, it is believed that Enzo Maresca won’t be on the lookout for a new goalkeeper.
The Italian is thought to be happy with Robert Sanchez and backup stopper Filip Jorgensen. Also, the Blues are understood to be happy with the progress Mike Penders is making at Genk before he signs in the summer.
On Sunday, Chelsea are back in Premier League action. The best football betting sites in the UK price the west Londoners at 4/11 to beat neighbours Brentford.
