Kanye West is being sued by a former employee over his allegedly lewd conduct with his wife Bianca Censori and “antisemitic tirades”.
The rapper’s former project manager Murphy Aficionado made allegations about his behaviour at a Beverly Hills hotel in November 2022.
Aficionado has filed a suit against West, 47, at Los Angeles County Superior Court for discrimination, a hostile work environment, retaliation, not paying wages, and wrongful termination, TMZ reported.
The lawsuit alleged that Aficionado – who was fired in 2023 – was summoned to West’s room one month after being hired to find the rapper “shirtless and out of breath” with his pants undone.
He claimed West’s then-girlfriend Censori had no top on with her hands covering her breasts.
West called political commentator Candace Owens’ former lawyer a “Jewish spy”, before running towards the room where Censori was, according to the suit.
“Wait right here. Do not leave,” the rapper allegedly told Aficionado, who then heard “loud moaning and clapping” as the couple seemingly had sex.
“Disturbed, Aficionado wanted nothing more than to leave,” the lawsuit alleged, according to Rolling Stone.
“However, Aficionado feared further retaliation by one of the most famous, powerful, and erratic artists in the world.”
Aficionado claimed West re-emerged 10 minutes later wearing a T-shirt featuring a swastika and asked: “Don’t you like my shirt?”
He then sat next to his then-employee and showed him nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, the filing claimed.
“Ye’s antisemitic tirades and conspiracies were a daily occurrence,” the suit alleged.
“Often, these outbursts involved how Jews controlled the Kardashians. Other times, Ye recounted how Jews were going after him and his money.”
The Bound 2 rapper allegedly said: “The Jews are out to get me. They froze my bank account. The Jews got Kim [Kardashian] and my kids.”
West shares four children with Kardashian, 44 - North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five.
Aficionado also alleged that he was called to another hotel room meeting later that week in November 2022.
West and a top NFL athlete were reportedly in the room in just their towels as they prepared for massages from a masseuse.
Aficionado was made to sit and wait as “clapping and moaning” was heard from the room West was in, the suit alleged.
West then reportedly left and the NFL star entered the room, followed by more explicit noises.
The Standard has contacted West’s representative for comment.
West has been plagued by a string of lawsuits from former employees in recent years.
Last month, an ex-staffer alleged that the Yeezy mogul hired a man to investigate several conspiracy theories including alleged sex trafficking involving the Kardashians.
West’s former Director of Intelligence, identified as “John Doe”, alleged that the rapper became so erratic he threatened to kill him before firing him.
His complaint alleges retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and numerous labour code violations.
Representatives for West and the Kardashians were contacted for comment.
