Kanye West picks up daughter North after finalising divorce from Kim Kardashian

Kanye West was on dad duty on Tuesday after finally agreeing to a divorce settlement with Kim Kardashian.

The rapper, 45, was on hand to pick up his eldest child North, nine, after she finished her basketball training.

Youngster North was snapped wearing a black Donda sweatshirt as she walked by her dad's side following the session. She paired the top with black shorts and light blue trainers. She also wore a necklace with a cross pendant.

The musician, with his stereotypical stoney-faced look, also wore all black, opting for a plain black hoody, jeans and his usual large welly boots. He completed his look with a small over-the-shoulder bag.

Their time together came after Kanye and Kim's settlement revealed the pair would have "equal access" to their children. They also share Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, following their seven-year marriage.

Despite the wording, reports suggest Kim will likely look after them for "80% of the time".

As part of the divorce agreement, Kanye - now legally known as Ye - is set to pay the SKIMS founder the huge monthly sum of $200,000 (£167,000). However, he is also expected to contribute half the amount of their educational expenses, which includes their tuition.

As well as this, he will be responsible for 50% of the security expenses for the couple's kids.

Kim initially ended their relationship in February 2021, before she went to court in March last year for an official decree to end the marriage.

It's reported that if the couple were to ever have a dispute regarding their four youngsters, they will both be required to take part in mediation sessions. If one of them fails to adhere and doesn't take part, the decision will automatically go to the other by default.

While Kim deals with a backlash from fans due to her ties with disgraced fashion brand Balenciaga, Ye is said to be planning another foray into politics.

Earlier this week former President Donald Trump claimed the controversial rapper "unexpectedly showed up" with three guests to a dinner with him. It's claimed one of the guests was white nationalist Nick Fuentes, who has tried to deny the severity of the Holocaust.

Trump has said he knew "nothing about" the guests being in attendance at his Mar-a-Lago home, before adding the dinner was "quick and uneventful".
