Kanye West wants his social media posts to be 'banned' from his divorce hearing with Kim Kardashian, according to reports.
The artist legally known as Ye, 44, has been busy on Instagram calling out Kim, 41, and her beau Pete Davidson, 28, after the SKIMS founder called time on her marriage last year.
The pint-sized star said Kanye's bizarre posts contained a "lot of misinformation regarding our private matters", which had created "emotional distress."
However the rapper has now reportedly filed for his social media offerings to be rendered inadmissible during their divorce proceedings next week.
The star's lawyer is alleged to have said: "Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterises the posts in her declaration as misinformation.
"Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye," TMZ reports citing court documents.
The Mirror has contacted Kanye's reps for comment.
The father-of-four hasn't held back when opining about Saturday Night Live comedian Pete - who he called a 'd***head'.
Ye also shared a private message from the comic and said he would never be allowed to meet his kids.
Kim was concerned that Kanye's jibes would put her beau in danger with many fans accusing the Donda star of mentally abusing his baby mama.
In a leaked snippet of a new track, Kanye can be heard taking another jab at the comic.
"God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass," the Grammy award-winning star raps in his new track My Life Was Never Eazy.
Kanye has also filed legal documents to prevent his estranged wife from reverting back to her maiden name.
In legal documents seen by The Mirror, a lawyer acting on behalf of the singer seems to object to the possibility that Kim may remarry and move some of their joint assets to her own separate accounts.
The legal documents also propose that Kim is blocked from transferring assets out of any trust they created and for the trainee lawyer to waive their marital privilege pending a final custody decision.
According to the court documents, Kanye also wants to ensure that in the event Kim ever remarries, she would waive any spousal privilege between her and her new husband.
This would mean that any conversations between Kim and her new husband that relate to custody would be able to be discussed in court.
Kim and Kanye were married for nearly seven years and share North, eight, Saint, five, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two.
