Kanye West claims he stopped a second Kim Kardashian and Ray J sex tape from leaking

Kanye West has claimed that he was the one to stop estranged wife Kim Kardashian's second sex tape from leaking.

The 44-year-old rapper enjoyed six-years of marriage with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star before she filed for divorce last February.

Now, the Touch The Sky hit-maker has claimed that he did Kim a 'huge favour' by stopping her second sex tape with Ray J from going public after the first one sent shockwaves through the showbiz world back in 2007.

Speaking on Jason Lee's Hollywood Unlocked Podcast, Kanye - who shares four children with the Skims founder - told that he allegedly did her the ultimate favour by getting the tape back from Ray J himself.

"I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night,” Kanye said during the candid interview.

“I met this man at the airport, then got on a red-eye, came back and delivered it to her at 8 a.m. in the morning.

"She cried when she saw it. You know why she cried when she seen it on the laptop? Because it represents how much she’s been used,” the rapper went on.

"It represents how much people didn’t love her, and they just saw her as a commodity.”

While Kim has openly spoken about the first tape - which ultimately catapulted her to global fame - her representatives have denied claims that a second sex tape ever existed.

A spokesperson for Kim confirmed that there was a laptop, but they denied any existence of explicit content on the hard-drive, according to Page Six.

“The computer and hard drive collected were supposed to contain the original video and any unseen footage. After review, there was nothing sexual unseen, only footage on the plane on the way to Mexico and footage at a club and restaurant on the same trip,” read the statement.

“Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists.

"After 20 years, she truly wishes to move on from this chapter and focus instead on the positive things she continues to do as a mother, entrepreneur and advocate for justice reform.”

However, back in September of 2021, music manager Wack 100 told radio personality Bootleg Keg that he had an 'unreleased sex tape' of Kim and Ray J.

At the time, the music mogul alleged that the footage on the tape was 'more graphic and better than the first one'.

After the interview clip with Wack and Bootleg went viral, Ray J hit out at the pair for bringing up the subject once more.

The furious rapper tweeted: “This ain’t cool. I been staying off the radar– just staying focused and being humble and thankful for all the blessings I’m receiving.

"How can I show off growth and maturity if this kind of stuff keeps happening? I’m a father now and my job is to be a great parent and put them first.

"This is not the message I want to send out.”

Kim and Ray J's now famous sex tape was first released in 2007.

The steamy scenes launched Kim and her entire family into a fame bubble which only continued to grow as the years went on.

Shortly after the sex tape went viral, Kim and her momager Kris Jenner signed a deal for Keeping Up With the Kardashians which subsequently went on to run for 20 seasons before the clan called it quits last year.

The Mirror has reached out to Kim's representatives for further comment on this story.
