Kanye West's bizarre Instagram activity has continued, but this time it's not surrounding an outburst or a rant.
Instead, the 45-year-old rapper has strangely changed his profile picture on the social media platform to his former mother-in-law Kris Jenner.
The 66-year-old had been the target of the Gold Digger singer's criticism in recent months but is appearing to try to put their feud behind them with his latest public act.
Describing his reasoning behind changing his usual black circle to an image of Kris, Kanye wrote on his Story: "I POSTED KRIS WITH THOUGHTS OF PEACE AND RESPECT. LETS CHANGE THE NARRATIVE."
Earlier in the month, Kanye said he felt Kris had coerced her daughter - and the rapper's ex-wife - Kim Kardashian, 41, into doing Playboy. The musician posted a snap of Kylie Jenner's associate Victoria Villarroel on his page and wrote: "Don't let Kris make you do Playboy like she made Kylie and Kim do.
"Hollywood is a giant brothel. Pornography destroyed my family,' he said at the time before adding: "I deal with the addiction [and] Instagram promotes it. Not gonna let it happen to Northy and Chicago."
Kanye shares four children with Kim; North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
Kanye's rants weren't well received by Kris who apparently thought he was "way out of line," according to sources.
A source told HollywoodLife shortly after the now-deleted posts were uploaded: "Kris thought that Kanye was way out of line for what he said about her yesterday. Kris has done nothing but try to help Kanye and mediate the tension between him and Kim. Kris is really hurt by his comments, and she let him know this."
The continued: "Kris works so hard to make sure that everyone in her family is kept safe and she will defend her family however she can. But she knows that if she were to speak out and respond to Kanye that he would only escalate the situation and that is the last thing she wants, or needs, at this time. Kim is the mother of his kids and Kris thinks that needs to respect her and keep the kids out of it.'"
Kanye had also posted what seemed to be texts from Kim asking him to stop at the time too. These uploaded have also now been deleted.
