Kim Kardashian is now the proud owner of the $4.5million home ex-husband Kanye West bought next door to her $60million mansion after their split, according to reports.
The controversial Bound 2 rapper, 45, has reportedly agreed to transfer the property's title to Kim, 42, as their year-long divorce battle comes to an end.
He bought the house, right next door to Kim's sprawling Hollywood Hills mansion, after declaring "nothing" would get in the way of him seeing his kids.
The former couple will reportedly have joint custody over their four children North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3, in their divorce deal.
Kim is expected to demolish Kanye's five-bedroom home after securing ownership as it is "in need of multiple renovations", according to TMZ.
The outlet says she'll retain rights to her $60million (£49m) Californian estate where she lives with the kids, as well as another home in Idaho.
Kanye, however, will keep ownership of his $60M Malibu beachfront home, a pair of 300-acre ranches in Wyoming, a home in Belgium and the Chicago property he grew up in.
The Mirror has contacted representatives for Kim and Kanye for a comment.
It comes as Kim and Kanye have reportedly 'resolved their child custody and property-related issues', with Kim set to receive $200,000 each month in child support from Kanye.
According to TMZ, although the settlement agreement "states equal access", Kim is likely to have the children 80 per cent of the time.
The publication reports that Kanye will be responsible for half of their kids' educational expenses, which includes their tuition. He is also set to be responsible for 50 per cent of the security expenses for the four children.
It's said if the couple ever have a dispute regarding the four youngsters, they will both participate in mediation and if one half fails to take part, the other wins the decision by default.
The division of their assets is to be in line with their prenup, in which both waived spousal support.
Kim and Kanye first tied the knot in May 2014, but called it quits seven years later, with Kim officially filing for divorce in February 2021.
Proceedings continued to stall in the months that followed as the musician refused to engage, leading Kim to go to court in March last year for an official decree to end the marriage.
In the year that followed their divorce, it hasn't been smooth sailing, with Kim's now failed relationship with Pete Davidson coming under huge strain due to Ye's actions.
Throughout the relationship, Ye publicly taunted the former Saturday Night Live comedian. He came in for huge criticism for his comments, one of which was a video seemingly showcasing the death of the comic he nicknamed Skete.
