Darani even has set up a school, temple, and tree house for the film. 60 feet height tree set by Darani will be the highlight of the film. Since the story travels through the timeline of the 1890s, 1970s, and 1990s, Pragathi has worked hard to bring authenticity to the costumes and make them look realistic. Aravind was with Rishab Shetty from the pre-production stage itself which helped him understand to do the lighting for the 90s period. Aravind shot in the forests despite so many hurdles and warnings of snakes and other creatures surrounding them. Aravind promises \'Kantara\' to have edge-of-the-seat moments and the interval block to be a huge treat on the screen.
