Jahream Bula is set to cap off his stellar rookie season with an international debut after he and Sunia Turuva were among the NRL players named in Fiji's squad for the Pacific Test series.
Of the 20 men included in coach Wise Kativerata's squad, 15 are contracted at NRL clubs but only a handful are regular first-graders.
Melbourne prop Tui Kamikamica has been selected as captain, taking over from Huddersfield outside back Kevin Naiqama.
Turuva made his debut for Fiji in the mid-season Test window last year and has since picked up Dally M Rookie of the Year honours and won a premiership with Penrith this year.
Fullback Bula was one of two other finalists for Rookie of the Year following his own breakout start to life as an NRL player with Wests Tigers.
He was named the club's player of the year and signed a contract extension through 2027 late last month.
Fiji's outside back stocks look healthy, with Mikaele Ravalawa, Maika Sivo, Waqa Blake and Taane Milne among the NRL regulars selected in the squad.
Fiji's Test campaign begins with a clash against Cook Islands in Port Moresby on October 22.
