Safety K’Von Wallace has been released and claimed off waivers for the second time this year. Wallace, released by the Cardinals on Tuesday, now is a member of the Tennessee Titans, as they were awarded him on a waiver claim.
For the Cardinals, Wallace appeared in seven games, starting five of them and playing every snap of those five starts.
He had 43 tackles, four pass breakups and an interception for the Cardinals before his release.
Wallace now joins Tennessee, who just traded safety Kevin Byard to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Wallace was part of Philadelphia’s final roster cuts before the season. The Cardinals were awarded him on a waiver claim, reuniting him with Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon, who was the Eagles’ defensive coordinator last season.
