Juventus are preparing a huge financial package as they look to lure Mo Salah to Italy, according to reports.
The Serie A giants are among those tracking the Egyptian, who will enter the final 12 months of his deal this summer. Liverpool have been engaged in talks with their star forward for several months but so far no agreement has been struck. The Reds face the prospect of being backed into a corner if Salah doesn't commit his future.
Juventus are set to lose Paulo Dybala this summer on a free after talks with the Argentine broke down. That could benefit them financially however as the forward was set to cost the club £67m over the next four years. Dybala's take home was agreed to be £6.5m after tax plus £2m bonuses each year, taking his annual salary to £8.5m, but taxes paid by the club would have effectively seen their outlay doubled.
It leaves them with a huge amount of space on their wage bill as they look to rebuild their squad. Cristiano Ronaldo's rather sudden departure in the summer will also have benefitted them financially. Juventus are ready to offer Salah a four-year deal worth £10m per season net, according to Gazzetta.
They will also only have to pay £50m all-in due to a 25 per cent tax legislation that was bought in back in 2019. It means the Old Lady could stand to save huge sums by pursuing Salah rather than retaining Dybala's services. Juventus' next mission will be settling on a fee with Liverpool if they do choose to make a move.
The Reds signed the 29-year-old for £43m back in 2017 but in the years since he has morphed into one of the best players in the world. Salah is enjoying his most prolific season to date as he eyes a third Golden Boot whilst Liverpool remain in contention for a unique quadruple.

Jurgen Klopp has continued to be quizzed on the future of his forward, but has remained coy. He said: "Mo expects this club to be ambitious. We cannot do much more. It is Mo's decision. It is all fine from my point of view. Nothing happened further, no signing or rejection. We just have to wait, there's no rush."
Salah himself has made his feelings clear, insisting previously that he would happily spend the remainder of his career at Anfield. He said: “If you ask me, I would love to stay until the last day of my football [career], but I can’t say much about that, [it’s] not in my hands.”
The forward, whose new deal may force the Reds to break their current wage structure, such is the pay packet they would hand Salah, claims despite reported figures he is not making unrealistic demands. He said: “I want to stay, but it’s not in my hands. It’s in their hands. They know what I want. I’m not asking for crazy stuff."
