Notoriously private star Janet Jackson is set to lift the lid on her life in her new documentary, named Janet, which is due to come out on January 28.
Janet, 55, will discuss her late brother Michael Jackson in the film and it has now been reported that Justin Timberlake will make an appearance.
The former N*Sync singer, 40, taking part suggests that the documentary will discuss the duo's 2004 Super Bowl halftime show performance and the controversy surrounding their performance when Janet's breast was exposed by Justin.
A source told Page Six: "Justin is in it. I was told he's is going to be in the documentary. It's like this big secret.
"He's the surprise, just like the Super Bowl."
The wardrobe malfunction, dubbed Nipplegate, was viewed by millions of people and resulted in the downfall of Janet's career.
CBS parent company Viacom as well as MTV and Infinity Broadcasting blacklisted Janet's music and videos on radio and music channels worldwide.
After backlash, Janet told Oprah Winfrey, in 2006, that she thought Justin left her to deal with the negative side of the scandal while his career continued to thrive.
"All the emphasis was put on me, not on Justin," she said at the time.
Last year, Rock Your Body singer Justin took to Instagram to apologise to Janet and ex-girlfriend Britney Spears for his treatment of them following the release of the documentary Framing Britney Spears.
The documentary discussed how Britney was treated following her and Justin's breakup in 2002.
“I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right,” Justin wrote after he received backlash.
"I understand that I fell short in these moments and in many others and benefited from a system that condones misogyny and racism."
The Like I Love You singer continued: "I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed.
"I also feel compelled to respond, in part, because everyone involved deserves better and most importantly because this is a larger conversation that I wholeheartedly want to be part of and grow from."

He went on to address being a "man in a privileged position" before promising to do better.
The trailer for Janet's film - that will be released on January 28 -was released last year.
Janet speaks about her late brother Michael, who died in 2009, being accused of sexually abusing children in the early nineties in the footage.
Janet has always stood by her brother, but admits in her new documentary that their relationship put 'pressure' on her.
"There is a great deal of scrutiny that comes from having that last name," she says in the trailer.
When asked whether the allegations surrounding her brother had affected her careerwise, she says: "Guilty by association. I guess that's what they call it, right?"
*Janet is set to premiere on 28 January via Lifetime and A&E.
