By now you’d think golfers are smart enough to realize you can’t out-troll Max Homa.
It’s simply impossible. Whether he’s roasting the golf swings of his Twitter followers or even just mocking himself, Homa is the king of quips on the PGA Tour.
Nevertheless, Homa’s buddy Justin Thomas tried to back him into a corner by grabbing the mic at Homa’s press conference ahead of this week’s Rocket Mortgage Classic. The goal: force Homa into complimenting Thomas.
The result? An epic backfire, because no matter how hard you try to throw Homa off his game, he always counterpunches much harder.
