Bears quarterback Justin Fields exited Week 6’s game against the Vikings with a hand injury and was later ruled out by the team. The exact nature of the injury is unknown at this time.
While scrambling to his left during the third quarter, Fields was sacked from behind by outside linebacker Danielle Hunter and appeared to land on his right hand. Fields was seen holding his hand afterward while gingerly walking back to the locker room with trainers. His day ends with 58 passing yards and one interception after completing 6-of-10 pass attempts.
Tyson Bagent took over at quarterback and got off to a rough start immediately by fumbling the ball, leading to an easy Minnesota touchdown.
